Prohibited Conduct

• Copy, redistribute, or misuse design materials, templates, or project documentation.
• Harass or threaten FormWise employees, contractors, or clients.

Project Agreements & Deliverables

All confirmed services are governed by a separate written agreement outlining project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. Changes or cancellations must comply with the conditions stated in your project contract.

Designs, plans, and digital files remain the intellectual property of FormWise until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of project materials is strictly prohibited.

Termination

FormWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access or project engagement if you violate these Terms or misuse our platform. Upon termination, your account access may be revoked, and related data may be deleted after 60 days unless legally required to be retained.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability
